What you'll do 

• Lead regional and species-specific strategy development and execution, spanning organic growth, CapEx and M&A projects.
• Manage cross-functional project teams (Finance, Operations, Technical, local Opcos) to deliver strategic priorities across Asia.
• Oversee portfolio and lifecycle strategies for selected species’ products and services.
• Monitor initiative progress, track milestones and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Drive commercial excellence across QaCes: Key Account Management, segmentation, pricing and related capabilities.
• Translate market trends, competitive dynamics and customer insights into actionable go-to-market strategies.
• Partner with R&D, Product Management and Sales to convert scientific developments into commercial solutions.
• Identify, assess and recommend partnership, equity and joint-venture opportunities to leadership.
• Support the Director of Strategy & BD in evaluating transactions and structuring deals.

Who we're looking for
We’re looking for someone who is responsible, accountable and ready to Own this role. You are confident, credible and comfortable leading without formal authority in a matrixed, multicultural environment.

You’ll also need: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Veterinary Science, Agriculture, Animal Science or related field.
• 10+ years in Strategy, PMO or Business Development within animal nutrition or adjacent sectors.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and complex, multi-country initiatives.
• Strong analytical, storytelling and financial-modelling skills; advanced PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience driving Commercial Excellence or implementing digital tools is highly valued.
