Trouw Nutrition is looking for a Pricing Support Administrator to join our Pricing Team supporting both Ireland and Great Britain. This position is based in Belfast and is a 15-month fixed-term role to cover maternity leave.
In this role, you will support the delivery of accurate and timely pricing activities, work closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the smooth operation of our pricing processes. About the Role – Support Accurate Pricing and Efficient Operations
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and administer periodic customer price lists, quotations, and tenders.
Maintain and update pricing data in ERP systems and internal pricing tools.
Support quarterly pricing cycles, monthly activities, and daily ad hoc requests.
Upload cost sets and maintain accurate audit trails.
Execute routine administrative tasks including data processing, document handling, and file maintenance.
Prepare data and documentation for tenders, quotations, and scenario planning.
Respond promptly and professionally to internal inquiries via email and other channels
Contribute to continuous improvement within the Pricing Team
Skills and Expertise
Qualifications and Experience
Experience in administrative, pricing, or data-oriented roles is welcome but full training will be provided.
Strong proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivots, filters).
Experience with ERP/MRP systems or CRM platforms is desirable.
Soft Skills: high level of attention to detail, strong organisational skills, effective written communication and a proactive, adaptable, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
