At Nutreco, HR acts as the strategic and operational backbone of our people management. We Own three main areas:
1. HR business partners who are embedded into the management teams at our operations around the world. They help to translate the global strategy into a local strategy and bring it to life.
2. HR operations, which serves the business through five shared service centres for transactional services and an HR technology team.
3. Centres of Excellence for talent acquisition, learning and development, talent management, reward and business transformation and change management.
Together our overall HR team plays a pivotal role in translating Nutreco’s strategy into people capabilities. We focus on unlocking our collective talent and bringing our strategy to life.
